Group Pilates Classes

• Group Pilates classes are one hour long and consist of excercises on the reformer. This is a Pilates machine that offers spring-loaded resistance for developing strength and better biomechanics.
• Each class will be tailored to the particular students’ abilities.
• Previous Pilates experience is required for these classes.
• Classes are offered mornings and evenings.
• Classes are limited to at most 7 people.
