All private and semi-private sessions are 55 minutes in length and include both mat and equipment work.
Package pricing is only for clients attending regularly at least once per week, excepting illness and travel.
Those who want personal training on an occasional basis may do so by taking single sessions.

Group classes run when at least 4 people register. Previous Pilates experience is required.
Classes are one hour long and include both mat and equipment work. Please see the
registration form for details. You must register for six consecutive weeks to pay the series
rate. There are no refunds for missed classes, but makeup classes can be arranged within the
session.
You may drop in on a group Pilates class if space allows. Unfortunately, drop-in classes cannot be guaranteed. Please call the studio for the current schedule, to inquire about space availability, or to place yourself on the waiting list for any class. (541) 543-6820

Due to limited class sizes and value pricing, makeup classes can only be accomodated in special circumstances. Arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (541) 543-6820
Your appointment time is reserved for
you. Please give 24-hour notice to cancel without being charged for your session.
If you cannot give 24-hour notice, please cancel as soon as possible. If
we can fill your time slot, you will not be charged for late cancellation.
